Sparkling Shiraz is one of Australia's contributions to the world of wine. The nose is lifted and the palate relatively dry, it is designed to showcase the spice and savouriness of cool climate shiraz.

Made by traditional bottle fermentation, this is in many respects a non-traditional sparkling shiraz being youthful and with no oak influence. Made from grapes sourced from the Morington Peninsula.
