Made by traditional bottle fermentation, this is a lively and refreshing Sparkling Rosé. The palate is textured with some fresh fruit notes and bright acidity. The finish is dry and the colour - a beautiful pink. Note - the photo here is of an earlier vintage. The 2023 is in a clear bottle - so the colour shines through.
