The Rooster Pinot Noir

Since its first vintage in 2004, our Pinot Noir has established an enviable record in wine shows. It consistently displays great varietal expression, lifted bouquet and supple tannins. Our vineyard now has 7 clones of Pinot Noir and a range of vine densities and row orientations leading to quite diverse small lot fermentations. From this diversity of we select a bigger style  Pinot Noir to be The Rooster.
