Riesling - Off Dry

A wine styled on the great off-dry Rieslings of Germany. The palate is semi-sweet, with persistent flavour and lively acidity to finish. Early in life the wine has delicate floral, lime and musk notes, but with bottle age secondary characters will develop.

Food Match - try it with spicy dishes, cheeses, salads and sushi.
