Pinot Noir - First Flight

In 2023 we had eight separate fermentations of Pinot Noir across a range of picking dates and the eight different clones of Pinot Noir we have in our vineyard. Barrel maturation involved a wide range of barrel ages, cooperages and source forests.  From these we selected a blend that is ready for early release. With bright lifted fruit and a clear acid line it is a lovely wine for the lighter foods of summer.

This is a small batch for sale at cellar door and on-line only. Our regular 2023 Pinot Noir will be released near the end of 2024.
