A wine styled on the great off-dry Rieslings of Germany. The palate is semi-sweet, with persistent flavour and lively acidity to finish. Early in life the wine has delicate floral, lime and musk notes, but with bottle aging these will change and evolve.

As a result of poor fruit set and hence small crop in 2017, this wine is a mix of our own fruit and some sourced from the King Valley.

Food Match - try it with spicy dishes, cheeses, salads and sushi.
