Sauvignon Blanc

A delightful example of this variety. The nose is lifted with notes of gooseberry and passion-fruit. The palate is textured, opening with sweet fruit and closing with refreshing acidity and notes of gooseberry. A well balanced wine with good length.

Food Matches - all the usual suspects, but particularly good with white fish, salads and chicken.
