Fumé Blanc

A more "old world" approach to Sauvignon Blanc - with the majority of the wine barrel fermented. This wine retains classic Sauvignon Blanc aromas and flavours but these are termpered by the winemaking which generates a fuller more generous mouthfeel.

Food Matches - an excellent food wine, particularly with white fish.
