Viognier

A lighter style of Viognier - bright and aromatic with notes of dried apricot and melon on the nose and palate. The palate opens with a lively and refreshing mouthfeel but shows some roundness and texture to finish - reflecting its barrel fermention and extended lees contact.  Good acidity provides balance and length to the wine.

Food matches - A wonderful wine with a range of foods - try it with SE Asian cuisines, risotto, pasta and summer salads.
